Eligibility Criteria Sikkim University Vacancy for Music Faculty

Interested and eligible Candidates should have the following eligibility criteria for appearing for this online interview:

• Ph.D scholars currently pursuing coursework or receiving fellowship are not eligible for the post of Guest Faculty.
  The interview will be held Online.
• All candidates are requested to e-mail their CV’s / bio-data along with the filled in application form in the prescribed format (available on the University website) to recruitmentteaching@cus.ac.in on or before 11:00 A.M. on 21.04.2025.
• The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of Guest Faculty in a department or totally reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. The University may also appoint Guest Faculty members in absentia or invitation.

Here’s the details of salary Sikkim University Vacancy for Music Faculty

Guest faculty shall be paid an honorarium (irrespective of the number of departments) of Rs. 1,500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. However, he or she may be assigned more than 25 classes per month and he/she will be responsible for paper setting and evaluation of answer scripts as part of his/her responsibilities.

Other Terms for this online interview

• No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for the interview or joining the University, if selected.
• Selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement for accommodation and the University will not be able to provide free accommodation as earlier.
