Responsibilities as an Executive

The Candidates will have the following responsibilities after being selected for the Post of Executive in Sun Pharma Sikkim:

• Support execution and monitoring of trial, scale-up, exhibit process qualification batches.
• Prepare and review new product documents including material requirement sheets, master formula cards, bill of materials, risk assessment reports, sampling protocols, and exhibit batch manufacturing records.
• Prepare and review investigation reports, justification reports, additional activity protocols, and regulatory evaluations.
• Provide regulatory responses and share process knowledge to cross-functional departments for smooth technology transfer.
• Review and evaluate product history and process parameters for technical remediation and product robustness improvement.
• Prepare and submit investigation reports for OOS, OOT, and failures during exhibit/validation/commercial batch manufacturing and stability testing.
• Handle Track Wise-related activities including change control, CAPA, planned and unplanned deviations.
• Prepare and review product containment approaches and risk assessments for new products, including elemental impurities, nitrosamine impurities, and residual solvents.
• Arrange placebos for quality control testing, change part development, and product feasibility evaluation.
• Prepare and review statistical evaluations for process evaluation.
• Develop and review standard operating procedures, training schedules, and conduct training.
• Participate in regulatory audits to support the plant.
